You understand that your commitment as a security guard depends on the continued trust of the agency and its clients in you, your integrity and reliability. Therefore, the Agency may terminate your services at any time, including prior to the expiration of this Agreement, for any of the just or permitted reasons provided for by applicable law, breach of trust, unsatisfactory performance or violation of the rules, regulations or policies of the Agency or client to which you are assigned. The Agency also reserves the right to terminate your employment relationship in the event of termination or expiration of the Agency`s contract with the Client entrusted to you. You are hired for a period of __ (_) months from __ at the instigation of the Agency after your performance. However, the Agency does not guarantee that you will have an order for the entire duration of this contract, as the continuity of your orders depends on the availability of customers who would use our services. You also agree that any issues you may encounter while engaging with a particular client should first be discussed with the Agency and may not be discussed in any way with the Client when you are assigned or decided or acting on yourself. You do not have a fixed or specific area of use or workplace and agree to be transferred to any location and/or to accept an assignment if and when the Agency requests it, as required by operational requirements. I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT I have read and fully understood the above terms and conditions of my employment with the Agency and that I fully accept them.
You agree that all records, documents or information relating to the activities or affairs of the Agency or its clients where you are used will be absolutely confidential and that unauthorized disclosure or reproduction thereof will not be made by you at any time during or after your employment. You agree that any breach of confidentiality constitutes sufficient grounds for the immediate termination of your employment relationship for cause and/or civil and criminal liability. If you agree with the above terms of your employment with the Agency, please indicate your compliance by signing the field below for this purpose, and this constitutes the document of our agreement. If you intend to withdraw from the Agency, you must provide thirty (30) days` written notice prior to the effective date of such withdrawal, otherwise if you do not do so, you will be held liable for any damages. However, the Agency is at the sole discretion of deciding whether or not such a withdrawal is accepted before the expiry of this period. .
